Thanks for all the help, my rifle seems to hate the 123 SST or ELDs be it handloads or factory.

Over many three, five, and 10 shot strings, the best grouping I could get with the 123SST was with Benchmark but the group's measure is embarrassing to post here

The Hornady 129 interlock out performed both the SST and ELDs in my rifle at just under 2moa.
