Tim here, aka cwo4uscgret for Chief Warrant Officer 4 U. S. Coast Guard, Retired. I am also a retired Customs and Border Protection Officer. I was assigned to the Port Huron, MI Border Crossing with Canada; as soon as I retired and regained my health (I had a heart attack in April, 2014 and the had to retire) my w Ive said lets move somewhere warm - so here we are in San Antonio!

Looking for something different I bought a Bear Creek Armory 20 stainless heavy barrel upper with a right side charging handle. Ive merged it with a DPMS A1 lower; now the wait begins. I ordered 200 rounds of Hornadys American Gunner 123 gr. Ammo; three 17 round magazines (as soon as I ordered them they were backordered), and 2 magazines from another source.
I m thinking of putting my Leupold Mk AR scope on it; now to convince the wife it will be ok to go shoot!
