Not very well. Unless you are already set up on dies or already have a .223 donor, it would make more sense to rebarrel a Grendel to 6mm. Or, you could wait until Hornady likely announces a factory 6mm Grendel at SHOT this year, called the 6 mm ARC.
The shorter Grendel round would provide more COAL leeway, as well as a little more juice. If going 6x47, youd probably want to stick with ~85 grain bullets or shorter.
