It seems like every fund drive email now is more dire and desperate than the one before. I know theyve been dealing with real financial problems and internal strife for at least the last few years. And the virus and its associated economic destruction could not have come at a worse time.
Does anyone else get the sense the end is near, like weeks or months away, not years? For me, when I heard they were doing away with the free coffee for employees last year or something to that affect. Thats a sure sign things are serious and unraveling. Thats akin to rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic!
