Neck tension will be much more consistent by including annealing after cleaning your brass. Started out like a lot of others with drill, socket and patience. Now have a Bench-Source, one of the more meaningful additions to my loading gear, along with a Parker tuned Redding scale. I use a Redding .262 mandrel, with .287 bushing, and get adequate and consistent neck tension in all of my 6.5 AR’s.
