I imagine Calif state has some time to figure out if they will appeal, plus I didn't read the decision, so it's kind of an open but good question.
I did see one vendor say on their website that they were prepping to be able to send ammo (but said they are pretty backed up), but even saying that means some folks are getting ready to do business.
It may be in effect now, but IDK for sure. Maybe there's a contact you can get hold of?
