Boltface depths are never denoted in SAAMI specifications. So, it's arbitrary for the manufacturer.

That is unfortunate. I was under the impression that chamber depths were standardized. That means SAAMI spec doesn’t independently establish Mk136. No wonder there was so much chaos earlier.
