I mostly only buy guns from private sellers.Either on arms list or at the gun show.The last 20 lowers that I purchased are 80% percent lowers. and I dont think this is any worse than it already was.
ATF asks for your Social Security number and the serial number of the gun when FFL calls for your background check.So,for some of you guys who dont think they dont know exactly what you have.Just remember,social and serial.Check and mate!
