I bought a 24 cut rifled Satern last summer. I havent had it out much. Started load development last week and put about 80 rounds of Black through it. .68 MOA at 100 with Hornady Black. Thats the average over 5, 5 shot groups.
I believe it may be over gassed, as I have had a couple of bolt over base malfunctions and it is throwing brass hard at 4:30. It is also consistently denting case mouths. I just installed an adjustable GB last night and will test it this weekend. Its pushing 123 ELD Black 2564 FPS on average. That velocity also works out to my lowest SD on my loads.
