I will probably buy the Burris bases as recommeneded by HPK, but I have thought about removing my Outer Impact rail and just cutting into 2 separate pieces. After cutting it just spray a little black paint on it and reinstall.
Haven't made up my mind yet.
Isn't that the truth, I only started making parts because I was unhappy with the plastic parts on my own rifles. Things escalated pretty quickly after that LOL.
