I've heard others state that there rifles have a slightly higher velocity with a suppressor (moderator) than without, so you're findings are consistent with that.
Although the moderator isn't a barrel, the gasses behind the bullet do remain somewhat more behind the bullet for longer with a suppressor, so the extra velocity makes sense.
Buck-- Your velocity increase with a "moderator"/"silencer"/"suppressor" is because it acts like a very inefficient addition of barrel length. You have combustion gasses that were heretofore vented to the atmosphere now being consumed more completely and giving a small push to the projectile while they are at it. This phenomenon is frequently referred to as "freebore boost" within the suppressor community.
