My muzzle velocities tend to rise as I shoot a string as well, at least for several shots. I've always believed it is due to the barrel and chamber warming up after cleaning.
I've heard others state that their rifles have a slightly higher velocity with a suppressor (moderator) than without, so you're findings are consistent with that.
Although the moderator isn't a barrel, the gasses behind the bullet do remain somewhat more behind the bullet for longer with a suppressor, so the extra velocity makes sense.
