I will sometimes keep hogs that are under 100 pounds and take them to a friend of mine who will process the meat.Right now he and I have got quite a bit of pork shoulder.butt,sausages,ribs,ect... in the freezer. If Im not taking them for processing,the carcasses get moved over by the fence line
