The load i settled on pushes the 53 gr Nosler/CFE out of the 22.5"/14 twist barrel @right at 3800 fps (3797 av. To be exact)
Case measurements ,primer pocket measurement and reading primers "indicates" pressures to be inline with AR platform.
This load rarely results in the slightest shiny spot where ejector is , majority of fired brass looks pristine.
Also shot a ladder with 50 gr Vmax/CFE , top load was 3893,3887and 3889, this load produced an ejector mark on brass .
Will back off charge weight to that of the 53 gr load above and should both should be fine as a "winter load" both will need backed off for summer heat with CFE's temp stability.
CFE is dirty, temp stability SUCKS but produces great velocity vs pressure and delivers awesome precision.
Above loads are in Hornady brass, Norma with almost 1 gr more H2O capacity will offer more performance but will shot the Hornady for time being.
Project is complete as far as i am concerned and consider it a success, 22 250 performance from an AR platform and being able to feed 88 gr bullets from AR mag!
