Pretty certain you mean a CCI450, not 250-which is a magnum large rifle primer. 200s are kind of soft for an AR-perhaps usable, but would avoid full pressure loads in an AR, for safety sake. CCI 41s, RP 7 1/2s and Fed 205Ms work well in my experience.
