I shortened my OAL to .010 w/my 6.5 Grendel AR15 Barlein .I had to hand feed w/a sled. But it really made no difference in accuracy.So,I went back to seating my bullets 2.250-2.260 inches. ThatÂ’s within 1 mm jump. Fits in the mags and accurate.
As Klem said,bolts are a whole different animal.
