You could do your own plot of the load data from Sierra, Hornady or Nosler, since they have starting, intermediate and top-end loads and MV's. I believe if you do you would see a pretty much linear relationship between their powder loads and listed charges. It's not perfect but pretty close. This might give you a feel for what their test barrel sees. Reality should be somewhere close to that. I think.
