Safety, what is more important?

Klem, I thought enough people had done testing for accuracy using bullet jump from the lands in .005 or .010 increments and measuring velocity that there would be a rough rule of thumb worked out. When allowed to go to the range again I will do a couple tests and see if there is good enough data get a general idea of what's what.
