Keep reloading. It's worth it as stated for more than just the price. You can really dial in the best load for a specific gun. Your list looks like you've already got everything you need to keep you busy for a while. Sure a chrono is nice for advanced load developmet. I would say it is not critical for a beginner as long as you are developing loads that are within the published loads in a book or manufacturers online info you are fine. Learn to watch for over pressure signs and the like. You'll likely find a combo that works well in your guns and then you can stick to it without worrying about a chrono. I really don't see much else you need on your list and there are ways to be economic about reloading.
