Slickest bolt action?

I too have a dream of spending too much money on a bolt action. I wanna take my howa bolt to get pvd treated. I have an ar bolt and damn it’s slick. Its dirty gaser and the crud wipes off with a rag and it’s still slick. I feel like the lube slides off. This should be the same process
