I was getting flattened primers and clear ejector smears with 28.4 gr of CFE223 and 75gr ELD even after I turned the gas way down. The velocity was 2915-2935 fps. I did not anneal them after I necked them down. I was hoping to get through fire forming, and then anneal. I started with the Hornady brass as it was about .001" thinner than my Starline brass I normally use in the 6.5. I don't expect top velocities since this is a gas gun and the barrel is 22".
