Tikka, then step up a big notch n price to a Sako or Cooper. Customs Borden is another name to add to the above. Dakota for a big $ will also make you a smooth Grendel.
Smoothest actions I have ever had Mannlicher 1903 in 6.5X54, an old Krag is smooth also. Both a lot slicker than the Sako, Cooper and Tikkas that are in the safe. I thought one time about trying to rework and old project MS 1903 that I have to the Grendel but for now will keep it as a good shooting 6.5X54
