More of a style preference really. Both will serve you well. That said, I'd still take the Hornady kit. It's cheaper, but without sacrificing anything, and the Lock-n-load is a Godsend, especially with a single-stage press. The free bullets are a nice bonus. Beware though, the "Free" bullets require shipping costs.
