Biggest thing with the 6.5 Grendel AR15 and AR10s is that you can't really free-recoil them like you can with a bolt gun or .223 Rem AR15.
They require more rearward pressure on the pistol grip into your chest or shoulder when building and maintaining your sight picture throughout the shot, especially off the bipod.
Thanks for the info. I shot it a couple times in the backyard at 50 yds. to get it close. Scope was previously on a 20 moa base so I knew it would be really low and it was. I appreciate the shooting technique tip especially since this is my first AR. Hope to go to the range tomorrow. If not I can shoot 200 yds. off my deck but don't do it often out of respect for the neighbors. TBAC Ultra 7 should be out of jail soon this will allow me to shoot a little more.
