What is the deal about the barrel? "Our very own high quality 20" advantage barrel with a 1/9 twist for shooting lighter ammunition"

Just an FYI...AA used a 1/9 twist for years on it's barrels over 18". It should be enough to stablize the 123 grain class bullets. Where in the Finger Lakes? I spent a tour at Seneca Army Depot in 81-83.
