I hate to say this but honestly AA isn't the same as it was 2 years ago.
They seem to have lost base with their customers and industry standards. That's why I didn't get their 11 inch barrel. They refuse too use 5/8x24 threads as a standard and from what I was told are doing away with .750 gas block sizing for .825 sizing.
I'm glad I stocked up on the 16 inch fluted barrels before they quit making them. Got 7 more in the safe.
