We've had 129gr ABLR in the 2nd Printing of Volume II for years now.
It's on page 78. Most of the Volume IIs out there are the 2nd Printing.
I recommend Bryan Litz's work on G7 BCs if you haven't seen it yet for those who are pushing the distance (like myself).
A general rule of thumb is to use G7 drag models in your program (if it has that feature), when shooting past 600yds.
