My best loads in a 20" Hanover Armory upper with a Type 1 bolt and chamber:
27.0gr IMR8208XBR, CCI450, Hornady case and 123gr SST, seated just under mag length with a light crimp. 1" groups at 100 yards. 2440 fps a 3' from muzzle. DRT on my first Grendel Deer last November. 150lb doe at 125 yards. Pass-through.
29.5gr Leverevolution, CCI450, Hornady or Starline case and 123gr Nosler Custom Comp, seated just under mag length with no crimp. .75" groups at 100 yards. 2460 fps a 3' from muzzle.
Beware! Handloading is an addiction! And if people tell you you'll save money they aren't being totally honest- you'll save money on a PER ROUND basis- but you'll shoot a lot more! ;-)
