Shipping is a BIG PIA for smokeless powders. Unless you are trained to ship hazardous materials/dangerous goods per DOT, (ground), you legally can't ship the materials to a buddy or buyer through a parcel service "yourself".
I ship hazmat every working day and each year, the rules get tougher. You must be trained and prove your certification to the parcel carrier before you can offer a dangerous good into commerce.
So..............if you can't find powders locally or at local gun shows, you are going to have to pay the up-charges from an online reloading supplier to have them ship it to you, unfortunately.
I missed the most recent local show in my Pennsylvania area this weekend. (Bloomsburg, PA). Next show isn't until April near me but I am GtG with powders at the moment. Primers as well.
