I did have to hold things in place while torquing the action screws to keep the barrel centered in the channel. I've only had it out a couple of times but it seems to work well. Nice on the bench. Not too heavy to carry afield. Rifle is super accurate but I don't know how much of that is the stock.Thanks for the quick info, sounds good!
