Nope.
The above tooling is generic for SAAMI Specs and not specific for each individual rifle chambers which have variations.
This tooling allows major changes to OAL by measuring actual distance of a particular bullet ogive to the contact point of the actual specific rifling lands. Then it can be backed off in .001 increments until the best free bore accuracy is found for a particular rifle.
Then one has the best OAL for their particular rifle.
