I have two, 25 round AR Stoner mags recently ordered from Midway and found the springs stiffer but definitley loadable for all 25 rounds. Both mags ran well without a hitch, unlike my shiney black softer sprung C Product 25 rd mags.
If all your issue is, is hard to load mags, that may not be an issue at all.
