Mags yes. Silencers, like I said, possession seems to be ok, ie not prohibited in the bill, but if you don't have one you won't be able to get one.
Sale of AR's, to be banned. Possession, again, seems to be allowed.
Also, I'm not in favor of it at all, but do want us to keep the facts straight so we know how to fight.

One sly caveat I do think is hidden in here, and that is elimination by strangulation... choking off any supply parts.
Since you won't be able to buy "assault weapons" and that term includes certain specific parts as they exist by themselves, you won't be able to buy those parts for repairs or upgrades or swaps, either.

I am thinking,if you are in possession of the firearms they ban you will probably be required to register within a certain period of time.
