Fixed: 18" Alexander Arms barrel: 2.5+ MOA

Obviously someone failed to make the torque spec on your barrel. That can happen in a low production facility. In the company where i worked, we were required to insure zero defects, every assembly was traced by serial number, through the QC system and by component. We had 2 plants, each building 2000+ assemblies per day with each assembly consisting 100 or so components. My job was to develop the automated assembly equipment.
