Contact the company you got it from and see if they will inspect and possible replace it. Sounds like it could be short throated.
I am bumping this thread as this is the problem I am having with my latest build, I bought an expensive barrel and matching bolt back in February and finally took delivery of it in November, Put it together and took it out for its first to day and it shot very nice and accurate.
