Somehow the text editor you're using is not understandable by the forum's webpage... may be that your editor inserts an ampersand (&) signifying a non-alpha character for those marks...
Some quote marks are coded as a "straight" mark whereas some have the curly look... I think that makes a difference to some web pages down deep in the coding. Been out of the business for a while but probably caused down in the hex codes for those characters.
