Bumping this back. I need all the cz grendel owners to check their mags with long vld style bullets. Tipped or hpbt doesn't matter.
Something I noticed at the range today. All the mags (4) would feed the round butter smooth.
BUT each and every mag did the same thing. Strip the first round,fire,eject and the stoppage.
The next round coming off the mag would stop because a round down in the mag would slid forward and the bullet tip would be in the cut out on the front of the mag.
None of my mags did this or had this problem with the 120 gold dot or the 85 trex bullet. Just the longer sleeker 129 ablr, 123 hpbt bullets I fired today.
So could a few of you gents check your mags with bullets like I stated above and see if yours does the same thing.
