Since I switched my 18" gun over to grendel from 223, I ditched the 1-6 primary arms ACSS gen 1 and put a 1-8 trijicon on it. The trij is clear up to 8x in my eyes, so far I like it a bunch. It has some quirks though. If you reset the zero on the el turret... it won't install at zero... only one click over in either direction. It could be brighter on the illumination, but seems good enough so far. The center cross is a little thick, but that's better for the 1x usage.
