I have 4 CZ 527 rifles. The "rough bolt" problem is fairly common. My 7.62x39 had just a touch of it which smoothed out after a couple of hundred rounds. My .223 American (the version with a plastic stock & 3 round flush magazine) has it quite badly, it is slowly improving with use.
The problem with this seems to be rough machining in the bolt way. Some have put JB bore paste on their bolts and spent an evening working the bolt a few hundreds or thousands of times. Some have (CAREFULLY) worked on smoothing out the rough machineing with other methods.
My old .22 Hornet "Lux" was very well used and smooth when I got it. My .221 Fireball bough used also had a lot of rounds through it and was nice & smooth.
You CAN just shoot it a lot... It will probably wear in.
