FMJ yaw and upset performance

The two easy ways to encourage upset upon impact with soft tissue is to either cast an air pocket at the front of the bullet when you swage it.

Yeah, like the Russkis did with the 5.45x39 military ball projectile.

Perhaps better still would be to emulate some of the 7.62x39 Russian commercial FMJ bullets, one of which has a HUGE air gap at the nose. With a core of harder material than lead, this might even produce a "barrier blind" round.
