Blood trails

Anyone other than me having trouble finding blood trails with the Grendel? I have shot many animals and many of them leave little to no blood trail. I use 123 SST and 129 ABLR. I lost my 3rd hog this weekend due to lack of blood trail. (I could not get a clear head shot so I aimed for the shoulder thinking it would anchor her but it didn?t) I?ve had the same issue with deer as well. Might just have to start that 6.5 Creedmoor build I?ve had an itch for
