28" Satern Liberty Upper - Yea or Nay?

Using QuickLoad, I ran the exit pressure difference between a rifle length & a rifle +2" gas tube, coming up with an approximate 15% reduction. (I looked at the exit pressure of a 12" vs a 14" barrel). That plus an adjustable gas block should take care of the situation.
