28" Satern Liberty Upper - Yea or Nay?

Were they all out of 30" barrels?

I was in the market for an upper. Was searching for discrete components to enable a build like I wanted. Stumbled across this upper. Had heard good things of Satern in other spaces. Hadn't considered a 28" offering. Did the math and determined that this struck a favorable chord with me. I can always have it cut and crowned/threaded. Having it long and wanting shorter is a lot less painful when contrasted with having it too short and wanting longer.
