The Coda hand guard is almost press fit tight with little no discernable slop, no need to index gas tube and seems have no flex when mounted. What I think I will like about this is how the carbon fiber feels in the hand on a cold fall/winter day as it's not cold or warm just neutral feeling compared to aluminum.
