Which muzzle device to pin/weld to a Lilja 14.5" barrel?

Put whatever you would like. Pin and weld is not a forever thing.

I can grind off a weld and pull a pin in less then 10 mints.

So if down the road you want or have to change to a diffrent muzzle device the welded in pin can be removed, muzzle device changed out and repinned.
