Cz 527 grendel varmint reviews

I've had some issues with my 527 MTR Varmint - the big target stock didn't fit my action very well. Decided to just buy a B&C stock, picked up the varmint style one with the more traditional grip. The length of pull is much shorter than i had expected, and the balance overall with the heavy long varmint bull barrel is pretty poor. Works okay off of a bag, but is not great for off-hand shooting. I'm going back to the original stock and working on fitting it properly, and then pillar bedding it. Was very excited to get this gun, but it hasn't lived up to my expectations.

As far as the action goes, I've been able to get some good accuracy out of it with reloading, .6-.75 MOA. Makes me not want to give up on it, I just wish there were more options as far as stocks go. If messing around with the MTR stock doesn't go well, I may grab a Boyds stock next.

I will never buy anouther boyd's stock again, after the headache I have had with the one on the howa grendel I just sold.
