In my experience which is limited (only own 5 ELander 24rd mags) these 24rd mags SUCK when brand new. I have a few hundred rounds through 2 of them that are my carry mags which seem to be broken in well enough I have no more issues out of them as long as I load carefully, tapping to get the cases all properly lined up with the spine of the mag. I also only load 20rds into the 24 rd mags which seems to help a bit while they're breaking in. I won't carry my other 3 mags until I have a few hundred rounds through them. It's frustrating but it seems if you use the heck out of them they eventually function properly.
