You started with a build that shot 5 rounds into a nickel-sized group at 100yds, then replaced the upper, gas block, and barrel nut and now it patterns.
There are a number of things that contributed to your accuracy before:
* It's fair to say your barrel mate-up to the first upper was superior (tighter and/or more square)
* It's likely that using the JP adjustable gas, your cyclic rate was reduced and allowed the moving parts in the rifle to stay more tame, which helps with reducing the extent to which your position is disrupted with each shot.
* It's possible that your gas block was more securely mounted than the one you have now, since JP blocks have more fasteners than most of the other blocks on the market.
