You could build a standard gun and use ambi parts;

• ambi charge handle
  
• Mag release both sides
  
• ambi selector
  
• Carrier release both sides.
  

Quite a few lowers now have integral slide release both sides.

Shooting a standard AR left-handed means you can see into the chamber without having to tilt the gun.
