You can order complete Rem 700 bolt actions along with a correctly size bolt face from PT&G. They also sell some very good bottom metal that takes AICS pattern mags if you want to put your action is a regular stock instead of a chassis.

Then your only problem is an AICS pattern mag that will fit and feed 6.5 Grendel. Well would you look at that, MDT is now making a metal 12 round AICS pattern Magazine that fits a 6mm BR and 6mm Dasher that should with some minor feed lip tweaking work for the 6.5 Grendel.
